Prisoner #8

Posted by redsatellite on March 11, 2009

My cousin Scott will be headed off to Afghanistan sometime soon. And thanks to the sick twisted minds of liberals and President Obama, a former prisoner of GITMO may get the chance to shoot at him.

Uh no, I’m not kidding.

The Taliban’s new top operations officer in southern Afghanistan had been a prisoner at the Guantanamo Bay detention center, the latest example of a freed detainee who took a militant leadership role and a potential complication for the Obama administration’s efforts to close the prison. U.S. authorities handed over the detainee to the Afghan government, which in turn released him, according to Pentagon and CIA officials.

Abdullah Ghulam Rasoul, formerly Guantanamo prisoner No. 008, was among 13 Afghan prisoners released to the Afghan government in December 2007. Rasoul is now known as Mullah Abdullah Zakir, a nom de guerre that Pentagon and intelligence officials say is used by a Taliban leader who is in charge of operations against U.S. and Afghan forces in southern Afghanistan.

Pentagon and intelligence officials said Rasoul has emerged as a key militant figure in southern Afghanistan, where violence has been spiking in the last year. Thousands of U.S. troops are preparing to deploy there to fight resurgent Taliban forces.

Thanks to feckless leftwing democrats, my cousin may have the frightening prospect of confronting Taliban psychopath-in-chief: Abdullah Rasoul. Rasoul has been allowed to kill Americans AGAIN. Hopefully, Scott or someone in his company will finish off Rasoul once and for all.

Liberals are treacherous and pernicious and should be thrown in with the others who occupy Dante’s 9 circles of Hell.

Another One Bites the Dust

Posted by redsatellite on January 9, 2009

Another one bites the dust
Another one bites the dust

And another one gone, and another one gone
Another one bites the dust
Hey, Im gonna get you too
Another one bites the dust

Yes….good news this morning! The United States has taken down two top al Qaeda psychopaths.

Two top al Qaeda terrorists have been killed in a U.S. missile strike on a building in northern Pakistan on New Year’s Day, according to two senior U.S. officials.

The two men, both Kenyans, were on the FBI’s Most Wanted Terrorist list, one of the officials said, adding that they were believed to have been responsible for the September suicide bombing at the Marriott hotel in Islamabad, Pakistan.

The pair was also under indictment for the 1998 bombings of U.S. embassies in Kenya and Tanzania, which killed more than 220 people and injured scores of others, according to the officials.

“These are two of the most dangerous operational figures in today’s al Qaeda,” one senior official told CNN.

Queue the 72 virgins. Yah, the virgins are going to have a very busy year.

Islama-very-bad, Pakistan

Posted by redsatellite on September 22, 2008

Not only were scores of innocent people murdered and injured, but if you can believe this report, it could’ve been FAR worse.

Pakistan’s president, prime minister and other Cabinet members were supposed to have been at the Marriott Hotel in Islamabad when a massive truck bomb detonated outside, killing 57 and injuring 266, Pakistan’s Interior Minister Rehman Malik said Monday.

The Speaker of the House, Fahmida Mirza, had planned the event for ministers, the president, their guests and various foreign dignitaries.

But at the last minute, President
Asif Ali Zardari asked that the event be transferred to the Prime Minister’s compound, Malik told reporters during a handover service for Czech Ambassador Ivo Zdarek, who died in the blast.

British Airways temporarily suspended its flights to Islamabad Sunday as a result of the security situation, according to an airline spokeswoman who did not want to be named.

Can you imagine what would’ve happened? Are you kidding me? All of Pakistan would’ve gone into COMPLETE CHAOS.

No arrests have been made in connection with the attack. But Malik said suspicion is falling on militants in Pakistan‘s tribal regions. “I am not in a position to tell you who has done it, but (in) all the previous investigations, all the roads have gone to South Waziristan,” he said Sunday.

South Waziristan is one of seven agencies of Pakistan’s tribal areas where
Taliban and al Qaeda militants are active.

The poison in this area of the world is not only incomprehensible- but unending.

The World is Still Stupid on 9/12

Posted by redsatellite on September 11, 2008

As we honor and pay respects to those who died on this anniversary of 9/11, it is startling- nay unbelievable– to read something like this:

Seven years after the Sept. 11 attacks, there is no consensus outside the United States that Islamist militants from al Qaeda were responsible, according to an international poll published Wednesday. The survey of 16,063 people in 17 nations found majorities in only nine countries believe al Qaeda was behind the attacks on New York and Washington that killed about 3,000 people in 2001.

U.S. officials squarely blame al Qaeda, whose leader Osama bin Laden has boasted of organizing the suicide attacks by his followers using hijacked commercial airliners.

On average, 46 percent of those surveyed said al Qaeda was responsible, 15 percent said the U.S. government, 7 percent said Israel and 7 percent said some other perpetrator. One in four people said they did not know who was behind the attacks.

Add that all up….that’s right…FIFTY FOUR percent do not think it was al Qaeda. And this- despite Osama bin Laden agreeing with us! Amazing. As recent as LAST YEAR, 42% of all democrats believe George Bush somehow had a hand in this.

Yes my friends, the world is a stupid place. With billions of stupid people walking around. If you believe someone else is responsible for 9/11, you are in fact…..stupid. And please do me and the LJiC readers a favor…stop reading our blog.

Stop today.

Musharraf Resigns

Posted by redsatellite on August 18, 2008

The Global War on Terror just took a turn….and it very well may be – for the worse. Embattled and much maligned Pervez Musharraf has resigned.

Pakistani President Pervez Musharraf announced his resignation Monday after weeks of pressure to relinquish power.

Musharraf told the nation in a televised address that he would step down — nearly nine years after he seized power in a bloodless coup in 1999. Musharraf has been a keen ally of the West in the fight on terror, receiving billions in military aid from the U.S. and launching attacks on militant groups near the country’s border with Afghanistan.

I’m not optimistic. The cesspool of violence and terror in that nation has been simmering for years. Don’t be surprised if it starts bubbling over- now that Musharraf is gone. I’m sure Al Qaeda murderers got up this morning…..

praising Allah and cheering the resignation.

The Mad Scientist

Posted by redsatellite on August 1, 2008

Hmmm….this actually may close the book on all those post 9/11 Anthrax attacks back in 2001. Very strange- the FBI may have found the right guy.

A top U.S. biodefense researcher apparently committed suicide just as the Justice Department was about to file criminal charges against him in the anthrax mailings that traumatized the nation in the weeks following the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks, according to a published report.

The scientist, Bruce E. Ivins, 62, who worked for the past 18 years at the government’s biodefense labs at Fort Detrick, Md., had been told about the impending prosecution, the Los Angeles Times reported for Friday editions. The laboratory has been at the center of the FBI’s investigation of the anthrax attacks, which killed five people.

I don’t think I would commit suicide if I was INNOCENT. But what’s maddening is…if he was indeed- the mad scientist behind the nationwide Anthrax panic- we will never know what his motive was.

All of this reads like a creepy science fiction book.

Iraq, Turkey, India…It Doesn’t Matter

Posted by redsatellite on July 28, 2008

Leftwing democrats and the liberal Media will tell you that the United States brought terrorism to Iraq. That it was ALL OUR FAULT. By engaging Muslim psychopaths, we brought it on ourselves. Yeah…well…they always seem to ignore a little bit of this…

The death toll from two weekend explosions in Turkey rose to 17 Monday after a wounded person died, the state news agency said. The blasts Sunday injured at least 154 others, the Anadolu news agency reported. Among the dead was a three-year-old child, it said.

and MOST of that.

Over the past several years, terrorist attacks in India have become an everyday presence in everyday places. The targets seem to have nothing in common except that they are ordinary and brazenly easy to strike.

And, in the most recent attack, 17 back-to-back explosions struck shoppers and strollers on Saturday evening in Ahmedabad in western India, and then two blasts hit the very hospitals where the wounded and their relatives rushed for help, killing 49 people and wounding more than 200.

Much of the problem with liberals and the Main Stream Media…of course…is their reluctance to identify and EXCORIATE the Islamic murderers. Typically, they will headline how many died…how many victims’ lives were ruined. But blame? Oh….well heck..they can’t do that! That would inflame the Muslims.

Boo hoo. Wah.

In the news report from Turkey, CNN chose to tell us who the killers might be in Paragraph 12. In the post from India, the NY Times barely even mention who the KNOWN killers are…whispering to us in paragraph 11! Not in the HEADLINE or the leading paragraph…

…paragraph ELEVEN.

In the past, we’ve seen terrorism in the UK, Spain, Canada, Philippines and a host of Non-Muslim countries. The brutal violence senseless- their reasons obscure and ridiculous. And yet liberals will blame everyone BUT THEM.

So….let’s face it…blaming the U.S. is a canard. And a liberal non-sequitur.

The Light Bulb Flickers…..ON

Posted by redsatellite on July 17, 2008

Europeans may be waking up to the mayhem born from radical Islam. FINALLY.

Europeans are increasingly lashing out at the construction of mosques in their cities as terrorism fears and continued immigration feed anti-Muslim sentiment across the continent.

The latest dispute is in Switzerland, which is planning a nationwide referendum to ban minarets on mosques. This month, Italy’s interior minister vowed to close a controversial mosque in Milan.

Some analysts call the mosque conflicts the manifestation of a growing fear that Muslims aren’t assimilating, don’t accept Western values and pose a threat to security. “It’s a visible symbol of anti-Muslim feelings in Europe,” says Danièle Joly, director of the Center for Research in Ethnic Relations at the University of Warwick in England. “It’s part of an Islamophobia. Europeans feel threatened.”

Liberal dolts like Ms Joly love to throw the word ‘Islamophobia’ into the discussion to automatically couch and frame their argument. As if to say: the peasant hordes are overreacting…how stupid and oafish!

Well guess what you pandering moral relativists– it’s a fear based on facts. And people are DAMN tired of the terrorism- you boorish sycophants.

Some moderate Muslims say those against building more mosques sometimes have legitimate concerns.

My God….someone give THEM a platform. That’s a refreshing voice in the wilderness!

Greetings From Oklahoma

Posted by Mark on June 19, 2008

Finally, I’m living in a state where they take the death penalty seriously, have a constitutional amendment supporting marriage, and know the meaning of the word “Conservative.” I’m back home.  Many thanks to Craig for keeping this site going while I made the transition to a new job, a a new home, a new dog, and a new internet provider. As I’ve watched in horror the continuing foolishness of Osama Obama, a 5-4 decision granting rights to the very terrorists who murdered thousands on 9/11, and the apparent mad dash back to September 10th, 2001 by the Left, I’ve been unable to post as I’ve been doing over the past eight years.

Now, I’m back.

Just in time for the Fall campaign. While I disagree with so much of what John McCain says he believes, he beats the heck out of Obama.  Obama’s positons on judges are enough to make me run for the polls to pull the lever for McCain in November.  We’ll deal with McCain foolishness regarding “torture” and so-called “global warming” after the election.

McCain has shown a willingness to change his views as new facts assert themselves. Hopefully, as he comes to realize his “friends” on the Left will rip him apart this summer and Fall, he will be more open to some different views on other issues as well.

Supreme Mistake

Posted by redsatellite on June 13, 2008

The Supreme Court decided yesterday that the Monsters of Muslim get to challenge their custody in an American civil court.

In a stinging rebuke to President Bush’s anti-terror policies, a deeply divided Supreme Court ruled Thursday that foreign detainees held for years at Guantanamo Bay in Cuba have the right to appeal to U.S. civilian courts to challenge their indefinite imprisonment without charges.

Justice Anthony Kennedy, writing for the 5-4 high court majority, acknowledged the terrorism threat the U.S. faces – the administration’s justification for the detentions – but he declared, “The laws and Constitution are designed to survive, and remain in force, in extraordinary times.”

In a blistering dissent, Justice Antonin Scalia said the decision “will make the war harder on us. It will almost certainly cause more Americans to be killed.”

Justice Scalia would be absolutely correct. In fact, the proof is in the pudding (isn’t it always!)a former detainee was a suicide bomber in Mosul….a little over a month ago. He successfully killed 6 innocent Iraqis. Go figure.

Now it’s only a matter of time before these murdering psychopaths head back to Iraq to finish what they started.
