You Will Be Missed

Posted by redsatellite on November 6, 2008

Michael Crichton…a brilliant writer- died yesterday. I’ve had the good fortune to have read almost every single one of his books. He was an amazing talent.

Al Gore and his green minions won’t miss him, but I certainly will.

Those Pesky Voters!

Posted by redsatellite on November 6, 2008

Not so fast Adam and Steve. Gay rights activists who have continually hijacked the courts to get their agenda passed, got YET ANOTHER reminder that voters are on to you.

The Los Angeles County Registrar’s Office stopped issuing same-sex marriage licenses after the apparent passage of a ballot measure to eliminate the right of gay couples to marry, the agency said Wednesday.

“This is a great day for marriage,” Ron Prentice, chairman of, said in a statement. “The people of California stood up for traditional marriage and reclaimed this great institution.”

The amendment to the state constitution overrides a state Supreme Court ruling in May that legalized same-sex marriage.

Those PESKY heterosexuals. How dare they differ from liberal judges. Hmmm….looks like marriage is ONCE AGAIN- a union between a man and a woman….how novel!
