That Thunk!Thud! You Heard This Morning…

Posted by Mark on June 13, 2006

was the sound of another made up scandal hitting the Left in the face again. It must have caused The New York Times great pain to write this story. Ah well, perhaps things will be better for the left here. But, this particular “wooden Indian” will have to find another means of income to get there…looks like the fake professor gig has played itself out.

Rep. Patrick Kennedy Pleads Guilty to DUI

WASHINGTON — Rep. Patrick Kennedy has reached a deal with prosecutors to plead guilty to a charge of driving under the influence of prescription drugs in connection with his middle-of-the-night car crash last month near the U.S. Capitol.

Two additional charges of reckless driving and failure to exhibit a driving permit will be dismissed under the plea agreement.

Of course, DUI… Bad boy… now go back to Congress and be a good little Kennedy.

You know he is a Kennedy, no big deal, he can get away with MURDER, just ask Daddy.

Pawn Shop Owner Suspected in Reno Judge Shooting

RENO, Nev. — A manhunt was on early Tuesday for a pawn shop owner suspected in a killing at his estranged wife’s building and wanted for questioning in the shooting of a judge involved with his divorce case.

Police shut down a six-block area Monday and searched for Darren Roy Mack after Family Court Judge Chuck Weller was shot in the chest by an apparent sniper through the window of his third floor office in the Washoe County courthouse complex on the edge of the downtown casino district.

Darren Mack “had recent dealings with the judge and the family court section” in his divorce, Johns said, calling it “an obvious connection.” But he said police “do not have enough information to say he is a suspect” in Weller’s shooting.

Crazy people live everywhere, to bad it was such a mundain reason.
