A Dialogue for the September 12th World

Now that Memorial Day is over, it is time to get back to business. I have to get a few things off my chest that I have remained silent about out of respect for the dead. I know I am a little late to the fight, but I was not going to stoop to their level during this time of rememberance. The timing of these events was despicable, just before one of the most revered of American holidays The ACLU and their cronies decided to commit nearly Treasonous Acts.

“Amnesty International USA, Human Rights Watch, the Center for Constitutional Rights, the ACLU, the American Bar Association, and Human Rights First (formerly known as the Lawyers Committee for Human Rights) have joined in a call for a special prosecutor to investigate Bush, Rumsfeld & Gonzales for (WAR CRIMES).?

Oh really!!! WAR CRIMES!!!

“What if our officials start being arrested by nations (like France or Germany) who do not support the validity of the Iraq war.?

Yeah, What if they did. If they did it would either cripple this nation, or spur a war that could not be won by anyone. Yeah, that’s what we need now, another more serious war ). Don’t be fooled people, what the ACLU and it’s cronies are calling for in itself is Ambiguous Treason, but if any nation was to take action on their call, the Treason would no longer be ambiguous. These Lawyers, (as officers of the court, by the way) are calling for the usurping of the power of another branch of our government, you know, the one Elected by the People. Their blatant disregard for US really does show their true intentions.

Luckily, Inquiries to the embassies of Belgium, Chile, France, Germany, South Africa, and Venezuela, as well as to the government of Canada, while met with some amusement, did not reveal any inclination to heed Amnesty’s call.
However, (Amnesty International) is not deterred. Acknowledging that the possibility of a foreign government seizing Rumsfeld or Bush might not be “an immediate reality,” (Amnesty International) takes the long view: “Let’s keep in mind, there are no statutes of limitations here.”

These actions that seem relatively harmless on the surface, is very dangerous. If our leaders start to be arrested by foreign governments simply because they do not agree with us, would be a very dangerous development. If someone really does want this, then they had better be careful what they ask for. If you don’t like the wars that are going on now, see what happens if any of this comes to fruition.
